About Me.
As a psychic medium with over a decade in the wellness industry, I am dedicated to helping individuals connect with themselves on a profound level. My work as a medium is complemented by studies in Kinesiology, Counselling, Energy Work, and Mindset Coaching, which all enrich my intuitive practice and enable me to provide well rounded support.

In today’s busy world, where burnout, anxiety, and disconnection are common, my goal is to help others find peace, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Emotions.
Emotions can be understood as energy within the body, manifesting as sensations that influence our behavior and trigger physical reactions. We often hold onto emotions for extended periods, whether consciously or subconsciously, which in turn shapes our lifestyle habits, relationships, career choices, and family dynamics.
Disconnection.
In our fast-paced world, disconnection has become a common issue that affects our relationships and wellbeing. Many people feel isolated and detached from genuine interactions, leading to sadness, loneliness, and anxiety. To counter this growing disconnection, it's important to focus on building authentic relationships and engaging in meaningful activities that nurture true human connections, helping us find joy and fulfillment in our social lives.
Mindset.
A positive mindset helps us handle life’s challenges and grow from them. By focusing on personal growth, we can see obstacles as chances to learn and improve our emotional responses. Developing a somewhat resilient mindset allows us to stay motivated, manage our emotions, and adapt to change. This helps us to keep moving forward and live a more fulfilling life.
Wellbeing.
True wellness is achieved by restoring harmony across the entire being, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. When the mind, body, and spirit are out of balance, it can lead to disruption in our lives. Without a genuine intention to pursue wellbeing and the motivation to support this goal, sustaining our overall health becomes challenging.

Appointment Times
Appointments can be made online or via email, phone or text. I am available for phone and online appointments upon request. Before booking, reach out and we can discuss a plan moving forward.
How do I know what to book?
If you are unsure what to book, send me an email or text and I will point you in the right direction. Usually, we will connect before booking your session with me.
Alternative Session Times
If you are unable to make a time within offering hours, please reach out so we can arrange an after-hours appointment. I will be available some Saturdays that will not be advertised online.
Home Visits
This will need to be arranged via phone to discuss circumstances, distance and availability. There will be an extra cost due to travel. This does not apply to End of Life Doula Services, this will be a different arrangement.
